No evidence of cell destruction was found to be associated with the vascular lesions produced by CTV-lO (1 7, 18). The present studies were undertaken to characterize further some virus-host interactions with CTV-lO, with the aim of establishing a model avian tumor virus system to comple ment the existing and intensively studied RSV.
